These General Terms and Conditions are a translation of the “Algemene Voorwaarden van de Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers BNO” filed with the Court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, under number 20/2005. In the event of any difference between these two Terms and Conditions, the Dutch text will prevail.
